We have recently started to hold weekly rugby sessions in partnership with the Leicester Tigers. These sessions are for children and young people aged eleven plus and run on a Tuesday evening 4:30pm – 5:00pm. 

These sessions have been amazing so far and our young people who have been participating have really started to develop some fundamental skills in playing rugby. They have been working on their kicking, passing, and throwing! It’s great to see our young people starting to understand the game and then working together in a match scenario. These sessions work a number of different skills including cooperation, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
